Over time, even the best piers face wear from water, weather, and heavy use. Our pier repair services cover everything from replacing rotted pilings and cracked decking boards to tightening fasteners and reinforcing cross-bracing. Storm damage, ice shifts, or prolonged exposure can also leave sections unstable. In those cases, we provide partial rebuilds, tying new framing and decking into the existing pier for a seamless repair. We also handle upgrades, such as swapping wood decking for composite or replacing corroded hardware with marine-grade materials.
